There is a large sofa and a bench-style dining table seating up to four people. You also have access to a high-chair if required.

You can access the garden directy from the patio doors off the living room.

The Waves boasts two nice sized bedrooms, sleeping four people in total. In addition you have access to a cot if required.

When it's time to catch up on rest, the master king-size bedroom is a welcoming space, boasting lovely countryside views, while the twin bedroom has a zip/link feature and can be made into a super-king-size, catering to a variety of group needs.

The well-equipped kitchen provides a host of appliances to take care of your self-catering needs, and home-cooked dinners can be enjoyed together around the dining table. It comes with everything you need to allow you ample facilities to enjoy your stay.

The cloakroom rests beside the front door and is ideal for freshening up after a long day at the beach and exploring your surroundings, while upstairs is the contemporary family bathroom suite, offering a shower over bath, so you can end your day with a relaxing soak or start it with a revitalising rinse.

You have access to a private, enclosed garden where you can enjoy the last of the afternoon sunshine with a glass of wine, or an alfresco dinner in Cornwall's favourable sub-tropical climate.
